- 1 pound new tilapia filets 

- 2 Tbsp. additional virgin olive oil 

- 1 Tbsp. lime zing 

- 1/4 cup newly crushed lime juice 

- 1/4 cup squeezed orange (ideally newly crushed) 

- 1/2 thai red pepper (discretionary, just on the off chance that you like it hot) 

- 1 tsp. seasalt 

- 1/2 tsp. newly ground dark pepper 

1. In a bowl, blend olive oil, lime zing, lime juice, squeezed orange, stew sauce and salt and pepper. 

2. Spot tilapia filets in the dish, going to cover well with marinade. 

3. Prepare 10 to 12 minutes at 400 degrees F or until the fish pieces effectively with a fork.
